Who reads the mail

A planner-editor pair monitors [email protected] on business days. Messages receive a human reply, usually within two business days, with who would join a first conversation and what to send beforehand. We do not use auto-responders that simulate personal mail.

First conversation

A first conversation covers your quarter start, forum rhythm, existing artefacts, and which crossing might fit. It does not commit you to an engagement and does not produce a proposal on the call. Follow-up is a written outline, not a deck of promises.

Directions

From Paya Lebar MRT (EW8/CC9), walk east along Tanjong Katong Road approximately twelve minutes. From Dakota MRT (CC8), take bus service along Old Airport Road and alight near Tanjong Katong Road. The studio is on the fifth floor of the shophouse row; lift access is available during office hours.

PromoWave Pro is an independent communications studio. This site describes our craft, the working methods we use, and the shapes an engagement can take. Outcomes depend on market conditions, product readiness, timing, and decisions outside our control; nothing here promises a particular commercial result.

Visitors are welcome by appointment so a planner can meet you without interrupting a re-read. Reception on the fifth floor will note your arrival; please bring photo identification required by the building management.

We do not operate a live chat widget or scheduling SaaS on this site. That keeps the page static and avoids third-party scripts beyond maps and fonts already disclosed on Cookies.

Postal mail is read twice weekly; urgent matters should use telephone during hours listed above. Email remains the best channel for attachments such as planning grids or hierarchy drafts.
