Crossings describe engagement shape, not commercial packaging. Formats may combine; a launch window often follows a planning intensive. Every crossing produces written artefacts listed below so your team can audit what was agreed without searching email.
Planning intensive
One concentrated week on Tanjong Katong Road or at your office; output is a signed hierarchy and a draft quarter grid.
Quarter programme
Twelve weeks with weekly re-reads, one amendment log, and a planner embedded for the first month.
Launch window

Who is involved
Planning intensives include your communications lead, a product or policy counterpart, and our planner-editor pair. Quarter programmes add channel owners for a single onboarding half-day. Launch windows require an approver named in the amendment log before the window opens. Retainers assume a standing monthly forum; advisory seats attend your existing leadership rhythm.
What is documented
Every crossing ends with at least one physical or PDF artefact: hierarchy document, quarter grid, sequence table, or read-through memo. We do not deliver slide decks alone; slides, if used, mirror the written record. Amendments are dated and initialled in the tidebook described on Tidebook.

Planning intensives suit teams about to publish a new narrative across many channels at once. We ask for three existing artefacts — last message doc, last calendar, last launch note — and return a marked hierarchy within five business days after the intensive week.
Quarter programmes assume a communications lead with authority to initial amendments. Without that role named, we help you identify an interim owner before the grid is printed.
Launch windows need a frozen hierarchy at least ten business days before the first external touchpoint. Slippage after freeze enters the log with executive initials; we do not silently edit live copy to match a moved date.
Editorial retainers include a monthly read of scheduled against published items. Drift is described in plain language and paired with a suggested realignment, not a performance lecture.
Advisory seats work well when your organisation already employs senior writers; we attend forums with annotated tide sheets and leave without owning the calendar.
